I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.

We hired this plumber to fix a pipe in our family’s beach condo. Two months later we had to hire another plumber to redo what he did because on further inspection the pipe corrosion continued even further. Jim is over priced and brags way to much about what he buys for his family. I would not recommend him to anyone
