I had my home completely re-plumbed with new water and drain lines and install a new tankless hot water heater for 2 baths, laundry and a new kitchen. Sean and Zach did an outstanding job. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that I noticed was that they both worked well together as a team. Great teamwork! Sean was very meticulous in his work not only for how it functioned but how it looked. They removed all exiting piping and daily left the job site spotless. Buds was very prompt and professional. From the no pressure sales tactics, to the very knowledgeable salesman Steven M. They gave us options on replacement units and provided us the necessary time to ask all questions either that day or over the next few days. Once we made the decision to go with them they put us in the schedule and a week later they showed up at their scheduled time exactly. They didn’t have other calls to go to before or after us they were designated that day for our new HVAC install. They cleaned everything up after they finished and conducted a brief training and walk through of the system! They then promptly the very next day sent us the confirmation of the product warranty registration. I truly believe in a world that is only trying to get the most amount of money for the least amount of work. Buds remembers what’s most important and that’s their customers!
