Thomas was the consultant who came by to provide a quote on very short notice. He set up a next day installation. Andy and Kai replaced the attic and outdoor units. They worked many hours and did a great job. The wall thermostat was not getting power so another technician (Duvon) came the next day to trouble shoot the system. He did a great job as well. All team members were professional, polite, and careful with their work. Overall I had a very good experience and will hire this company again. Thank you for your help!
