Emergency services were able to get out and assess/temporarily stop the situation, will be replacing the water heater. If we would have waited any longer we would have had a hole in our ceiling. Technician Gage was very nice, quick to arrive, extremely helpful and was able to quickly solve the issue. Stressed but grateful to M&S and Gage.
