WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Something very stressful to go through is having a leak in your septic pipes and having sewage leakage under your house. If this happens to you DONT call these people. They’ll send people who can’t fit under your house and then charge you $1000 for NO clean up service AND when you call and try to get ahold of them. They won’t answer and won’t call you back!!! And they won’t give you your money back! I NEVER write bad reviews or reviews at all and I am writing a review so hopefully someone from this company sees it, looks into my case, and gives me my money back!

Our service person was friendly and professional. We had a clogged drain and he quickly got to the root cause and unclogged it. He made us happy and now was able to use the shower. Thank you Roto- Rooter
