My family has been using A B Parker & Son for the past 40 or so years. They installed the heating system and the plumbing in my parents' house, and have been there for them over the years. When I moved out and into my own home, I continued to use their services. A B Parker & Son is a small, locally owned business. Unlike the chain businesses, you get to know them personally and you form a bond with them. But they are still very professional, extremely competent, and resonably priced. This past New Year's Day, I was out of town and a friend called me to tell me that my 90 year old father had no heat.
