Very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Explained every part of HVAC system test results and findings. Feel we are in good hands for our HVAC care and servicing.

Larry was great! He showed up on time and was very professional. He also resolved our problem in a timely manner. We have used A-1 American multiple times and will continue to do so should a problem arise.

As previously stated in other reviews, this company is very unprofessional. They came to do my 12 month warranty and caused more problems. I called multiple times for them to fix the problem and the last response we heard was “we will call you back”. Do not use this company
