Best Garbage Disposal Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

I am not happy with today's service. The fees were not explained to me ahead of time. According to what I was charged, I was charged about $75 an hour. They arrived about 10:00 am and left at 4;55 pm but part of the reason it took so long was they had to leave twice to go get material that they forgot or didn't have. I really feel I was over charged for the work they did. I had to go buy my own replacement tub/shower faucet and I was still charged an additional $100 for parts. I will call someone else to complete the plumbing work I still need done

Rob and company have done several jobs for me. Both large and small. Never crosses my mind whether a job is within his scope of work. Never a need for a call back, or warranty work. Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

This winter, Alex diagnosed a poor install job on my Navien combi-boiler (Michael & Son install!) that caused heat exchanger failure. After attempting an unsuccessful part swap, Alex was able to get me a warranty replacement unit. Alex then meticulously pre-configured the new unit for install with all the controllers, traps, and filters that the prior company *failed* to even consider; even fixed the intake. I really appreciated the detailed walk-through of the issues from Alex, the regular updates, and his patience and attention to detail.

This is just one of several great jobs at my house from Norfolk Plumbing, from basic plumbing to sewer drain replacement. Customer service is always great, from the time schedulers to the technicians. Thanks to the whole Norfolk Plumbing team!
