Very disappointed in the service we received with this company. While looking online at choices of good local plumbers, we decided to go with this company because they said they honored military by offering discounts. The receptionist on the phone told me the service would cost us $57 and that would include the tech coming out and figuring out the problem with our tankless hot water heater. When the tech arrived he told me that it would cost $320 dollars just for him to look at it, which wasn't discusssd on the phone the day before with the receptionist. We weren't comfortable paying $320 dollars just for him to look at it. We said no thanks and then we were charged a $57 service fee when absolutely nothing was done. And when asked if we could at least receive our military discount, we were told that the military discount doesn't cover the service fee. I also called the company when the tech left to tell them how disappointed we were that the $320 fee just to assess the hot water heater was not discussed the day before when we made the appointment, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. We will never use this company again, and we will also be advising our family, friends and anyone in our local community NOT to use this company. Sincerely, a very disappointed military wife.
