He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.
