I have been servicing my 2 HVAC - heat pumps with Accent for eight year now and they are the reason the units lasted 20 years.
One unit started showing its age back in 2017 but per their suggestion I did not replace it. It finally broke down (May 2020) so I decided to replace both units. The Accent team was very helpful in helping me decide the right size unit, and are helping me process my Duke Energy rebate. They did the job within days of me accepting their proposal. Both new units are up and running and needless to say I will continue servicing them with Accent.
