I contacted HWA (home warranty) regarding leak in my water heater and HWA setup Carolina Plumbing Pros LLC to contact me. Just as I wrapped up my call with HWA, Carolina Plumbing Pros called me and advised that Sean would be out within 1PM-3PM, same day, on Saturday. Sean arrived very timely, thoroughly explained the problem and fixed it. Sean was a gentleman, who was very friendly and provided excellent, efficient service.
