First off Chris Helms and his jr tech were amazing! I was in a jam on a house I was remodeling and they were able to get out the same day and help stop the bleeding. Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
