Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

We contacted Service Pro to get a quote for adding an outside gas line from the meter to the kitchen for our new gas range. They gave us a quote, which included adding a flex connector, installing the range and disposing of the old electric range, and was very reasonable in comparison to other providers (who did not include installation or disposal). We got on their schedule, they showed up on time, did a great job, had the permits pulled and arranged the county inspector' visit - no issues whatsoever. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend them!

This guy was fantastic. RJ was on time in fact, he was early. He has a great personality we have never had out of the 12 years we've lived in this house, anybody is nice and reasonable price wise as RJ. You definitely should give him a raise now! They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.

Took my money and ran. Not sure what else I can say. I lost everything with Covid and he took the last of my life savings.
