I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have worked with Junior specifically and he has done a phenomenal job. He is extremely responsive and takes care of any issues that we have very quickly and correct. I trust that they will get the job done. Not only are they on time and professional, they provide a very friendly service to anyone they come in contact with. If there is an issue that requires any follow up, Junior is on the ball and takes care of things quickly and will let you know the progress that the current project is in. I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

HONEST RELIABLE WORK

After finding a water leak seeping out from under the garage door Saturday morning I was not to happy to find that my water heater (7 years old) was draining from the bottom seal across my garage floor. Yay.

After making a few inquiries online I landed on Alexander's Plumbing. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services.

After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit.

After talking with several other local businesses (big brands) I realized the price was fair, and the technician was MILES above the competition in regards to courtesy, explanation of the process and professionalism.

The minute he left after the consultation my wife said he was the one to chose, that he felt the most reliable and honest. And she was right.

Quick and painless, easy on payment options and extremely professional at all times,

I can't recommend this mans services enough to anyone looking for honest reliable work at a good rate locally.

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

My plumbers from AZ Preferred Plumbing we're so awesome, they came out first thing on a Monday morning because we had no water pressure in the house. Not only were they able to locate the problem and fix it quickly, they also informed us of a leaky toilet in the house! Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
