We didn't have a major leak so we scheduled for the next day and they were in and out of my house in about 20 minutes total. They did have to run and get the part but I don't count that time. I would use them again.

Luis Gonzalez and Leo Nevarez did an excellent job repairing a water main leak. Luis did what was necessary to get the job done in an efficient and effective way. Leo was the utmost professional. Even my interactions with the office staff was exceptionally pleasant. If needed, I would suggest using Careall!

Rich from Streamline was amazing! From the initial contact for finding out the cost, timeline, etc. to getting the job done, it was great. I very much appreciate getting a total cost prior to him coming. I knew exactly the model of the h2o heater, and that it was a basic install - so no need to have to come and 'take a look' like the other companies. He was able to give me a quote via text, as well as setup the appointment. His schedule allowed him to come early, and he texted first to see if it was ok. He showed up .... did the install.. and that was it! The final price was even a bit less than the original quote. Bonus! He answered all my questions, was super patient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rich and Steamline Plumbing and now have a goto plumber (which I hope i won't even need lol ;)). .

Had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling and replaced it promptly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

When my up stairs plumbing decided to give out and flood my down stairs. I called Gold Star based on reviews and a few recommendations. They sent Cody out to see to the repair and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was on time and displayed a professional appearance. Once he got to work he explained what caused the issue and what he was doing to prevent it from happening again (this was important to me as I like to understand how things function in my house). Cody’s plumbing work was clean and functioned perfectly. I highly recommend the use of Gold Star and more so asking for Cody.
