Service tech was on time, courteous and efficient
I suggest that when installing any equipment that has a serial number (and model #) service tech should either record it (like on your novice)
so customer can easily record it for warranty purposes. In my install the garbage disposal serial number faced back of cabinet .. was very difficult to retrieve.

Scott is very good at what he does. He was able to identify the problem quickly and fix the plumbing problem very quickly as well. He is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

Wade did a fantastic job. I called on a Saturday and he came right out. Pointed out water pressure issues I did not know about and got everything fixed.

I called with a problem on a Sunday and they set me an appt and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had never dealt with Roto Rooter before and was very pleased with their service. The service tech was Steve W and he was great. He was able to correct the problem and gave me tips to prevent future problems. The cost was less then I expected which was great as I lost my husband recently. I really appreciated their fast response and the fact that he was able to correct my problem at a reasonable cost. I would recommend your company. To anyone, who like me, had no idea who to call. My son found you on the internet and it was a great choice.
