Junior arrived when he said he would. He made repairs to two shower faucets and replaced one shower faucet. He cleaned up after himself. He tested each faucet in front of me. He was experienced and professional. Everything worked perfectly and I am totally delighted with the plumbing service he provided. Without reservation I recommend TE Plumbing.

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. The owner did a great job with repairing the pipe and took his time explaining everything to me. You are a life saver Mike

They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

Connor came out and fixed our problem. He was on time, professional, and he gave us two options in different price ranges to meet our needs. Start to finish this was an easy process. Will definitely be calling them again for future needs!

Read their fine print. $49 drain special = $125 but it’s “not on the website it’s on google.”

In response to your post. I did contact you after charged my tenant $125 for what was advertised as $49 that’s when you told me “it’s not on the website it’s on google” basically a total scam.

Danny the plumber was friendly, kind, and professional.. He also performed his duty well to resolve my plumbing issues.. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services to anyone.

Leo installed two new water valves for our kitchen sink. They look fantastic. Thanks for coming in on time and fixing it promptly.

Not only are they rude and unprofessional but they did a horrible job. We had to call in someone else to fix the mess. Avoid at all costs

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
