We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. It took 20 years of living in Arizona to find honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, plumber with exceptional work ethics and unparalleled craftsmanship. Mark is the best plumber around here. We have used his services twice now you can literally tell by the look of his work how well the repair was done. First time I ran into crisis while having washer and dryer delivered with the watter connection being corroded and leaking. The appliance delivery people literally left me hanging with this problem and the excitement of getting new washer and dryer quickly turned into nightmare. Mark understood the urgency of this situation and extended his work day, just to come help us. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise as I literally had watter leaking and I wasn't sure how long I could keep up with drying it so that the tile underneath wouldn't get damaged. I highly recommend Mark to anyone with Plumbing needs. Thank you Mark we really appreciate you helping us that day!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!
