Jake our technician was very effective, courteous and helpful. It was hard work for him and a second helper to lift the 75 gallon tank to remove it and install a new one. I also told himI had a leaky outside water facet and gave me an estimate on the spot to have it replaced. He also saw that my water pressure was high and will be giving me an estimate for a regulator.Overall very pleased with Lawson and Jake and was thankful that one on my neighbors referred me to them even though I had other choices.
