I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I called up Beach Plumbing to fix a leak in the wall from an older trailer with plastic plumbing. The line had fractured in several locations and Mike the owner repaired what appeared to be a pretty hopeless situation. Even though the leak was between the wall and floor opening he was able to get too it and fix the leak before the house was flooded. Thank You for your quick response and having the working knowledge to repair a non-standard leak. I really appreciate what I believe to be a reasonable cost for a difficult repair.

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
