This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. They show up during their scheduled time and even text when they are on their way. Our service was phenomenal! I called them on Father’s Day morning and their technician, David P, was here within hours. We were prepared for a new water heater to be installed but he took a look at our unit and instantly said he would try fixing a broken part first. He was quick, thorough, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed the unit saving us thousands of dollars. David even walked us through how to periodically check our water heater and let us know what to expect in the coming years. I will definitely go back to them when it comes time for another repair/replacement and will ask for David specifically. They are the only company I will have work on my water heaters from now on.

I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!
