This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

This company is a life saver! So sick of getting these plastic bottles and carrying them from store. Got them installed in both my homes and had them for few weeks now. Water really tastes great and like it better then bottled water actually. Very happy with them and recommend.

I found a leak in my system on Saturday night and I called a few places to schedule a repair and they all said to wait until Tuesday. I then contacted this company and they had someone out the next day. They came to inspect it and installed the new water heater the same day. Bobby was quick in installing the heater and even reached out to someone to inspect the damage to the dry wall. I will definitely be returning for the three year inspection.

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. I noticed a soft spot on my drywall and instantly feared the worst. I contacted Second opinion plumbing and within a couple of hours Brandon came to inspect the damage. He said it was not an active leak and the water damage was from our shower leaking into the drywall and recommended a couple alternatives for repair.
