So happy I found Rich he explained the benefits of a tankless water heater and didn’t try to up sale me,straight forward honest and I loved that. I have a bath tub in my master bath that I would never have enough hot water to be able to use :( ….so for years I’d just glance over my tub aside from dusting it , So I decided to do research on “tankless water heaters”. I am so happy I found Rich he was available right away and I had my unit installed in one day! Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
