This company absolutely knows what they are doing and can work and talk at the same time. They lied, they quoted over 3x (1000+ just to diagnose) what another plumber cost to fix our drain(350 diagnosed and fixed), and they lied about the cost of an estimate. It took many phone calls to get them to refund the additional charge.

Edit: Owner of the company stated he will sue me due to the above review. I left it as it was when he made the threat.

Had another agency come look at it. They quoted me ALOT of money to fix. I got a second opinion from this company. Rich come out and fixed the problem in an hour for a fraction of the cost !!! So happy to have hot water !!!

Had surprise flood in the garage this morning when the water heater gave up. JI was recommended by a trusted friend and Jamie did not disappoint. He was here in a flash assessed thie situation efficiently and gave me his very fair proposal. A few hours later we had everything buttoned up. I would highly recommend this company.
