I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We had Kaylor come out to instal a new water softener and RO system in our house. Not only was he extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable about the water softener and RO system he made sure to ensure us that the product he was installing was done to the best it could possibly be. We also asked him a question about the sink in our master bedroom, and he took it upon himself to look at it and actually fix what was wrong with no extra charge!
