I have since been in discussion with State Farm and several contractors who told me I paid more than double what it should have cost. Do not let Phend recommend Drylux as a restoration company. They have billed insurance way too much. I am beyond disappointed at what I paid and now am learning that this is a common practice where these companies work together to get insurance money to inflate their Billings. Very disappointed and was totally duped

Plumbing issues can be scary. As a consumer. How do you know who to trust? I have put my faith in Roto Rooter and have not been disappointed . So happy with the service provided by James Pratt. I had major trouble with my sewer line and wanted to get it fixed asap. I called Aqua Smart Plumbing services and got my line fixed. A great help from the team and I’ll for sure be calling them for any of my plumbing issue

Gold Star says it all! Of the 3 plumbers/companies I called out, Junior from Gold Star was the ONLY ONE who told me AND showed me exactly what my problem was. The other's didn't know but wanted to sell me expensive equipment adding things I didn't need. Junior fixed the issue, at no extra charge, to give us better water until the scheduled appt a couple days later. Because of Junior, I gave Gold Star the job on the spot and added a water softener.Appt Day: Mike the owner called to say Mike the installer was on his way and they provided a link to track where he was at so I knew exactly when he'd arrive. Upon arriving, Mike was very professional and friendly. I had some errands to run, Mike said no problem he'd call when he was done. Mike called to say he was done and explained what the next steps were and that's it. They didn't leave any mess. A++++ in our book. Next time I'll make one phone to Gold Star :)
