I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. $95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!
