We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

Friendly and expedient service. They were quick to answer my call and questions, and set up an inspection and offered competitive prices. They followed up and worked quickly and efficiently. They did well to explain and help me to learn the ins and outs, and helped me to understand better maintenance practices in a friendly manner (especially since my maintenance knowledge was lacking).

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this plumber. I called for an estimate on a clogged toilet where water kept coming up. I was quoted $400 dollars for him to use a “snake” and when I was asking general questions trying to get a better understanding of why this plumber was charging the $400 rate to use a basic snake to unclog the toilet I was told “I think you are just playing games”. And was hung up on.

This person was nothing less than very unprofessional.. apparently asking general questions to this plumber is NOT ok and that you should just take his word and not have any questions in regards to his pricing.

Called to get a leak under my kitchen sink fixed and I believe I spoke to the owner Walter, who wasn’t the most pleasant person to talk to and his technicians seem uneducated and don’t know what they are doing. Need to work on your company’s people skills. Worse Plumbing company in Arizona by far.

The folks at ASAP Plumbing are awesome! I woke up to a busted water heater and ASAP had someone to me within a couple hours, with a new water heater installed by that evening. Justin was super helpful walking me through the details of my new water heater, making sure that everything was good to go. I am very happy with the service and with everyone I’ve spoken with, in-person or by phone. ASAP will be my first call if anything happens again!
