I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. $95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

AZ Preferred Plumbing team was AMAZING. Quick to respond. Made it a point to come same day. We’ve had a long ongoing issue with a “backup.” We had one company come and it was astronomical what they wanted to charge us to do. Joe came, he used the camera to see what was going on, as well as hydro-jetted our main line septic pipes and said what the other company wanted to do was a waste of money and there was no reason to do it. He saved us $18,000!!! He was a life saver.

Zippity Split came out for what we thought was an easy fix shower leak. Turned out to be much bigger but Frank quickly helped us get connected to a restoration company and get the issue resolved. He made many visits during the process, always on time, professional, and fast! I would absolutely recommend them and if we ever have plumbing issues will be our first call.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark came thru in replacing out kitchen faucet. With tomorrow being Easter Sunday and us hosting a big feast we would have been greatly hampered without a kitchen faucet.
