This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. We had an issue with the AC not blowing cool air so I called & spoke to Gabriella who was courteous & prompt. She was able to dispatch Luis & Andrew to our home in less than an hour. I know that may not always be as convenient but we're impressed & grateful, nonetheless.

Both Andrew & Luis were able to get it working with thorough explanations. They also gave feedback as to some peripheral issues with the home layout. To wrap it up, they closed with a possible forecast down the line but didn't try to upsell us on anything.

They said we should be good for this & next year. If we have future AC issues, Hansen Family Pluming and Air is who we'll call.
