I had a leaking faucet which couldn't be fixed and I really tried unsuccessfully to get someone to resolve it. Fortunately enough, this company was more than willing to accomodate my requests. The plumber came right on schedule and was able to stop the leak once and for all. I should also mention, it was done in just a few minutes. He gave some wonderful advice too so that any leaks can be prevented in the future. As a customer impressed by their services, I definitely won't forget to recommend them

Only item is that water heater is turned a bit so can not get a panel easily and not center on bottom water collection mat.

Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.

I contacted Simply Better Plumbing and Drain needing urgent help as I had discovered a water leaking sound in my bathroom wall behind the vanity. SBPD (Tom) took my call and was very responsive and shared my sense of urgency. A team was dispatched same day and spent over 2 hrs troubleshooting the sound in an attempt to avoid deconstruction in the bathroom. When it was determined that the sound must certainly be a leak, SBPD (Steve) used the least invasive method (camera) to locate the leak. From that point SBPD demonstrated utmost competence and professionalism in explaining the plan for repair and helping to coordinate 3rd party water remediation. The repair required jack hammering my floor slab to access the punctured water line. All parts of the repair effort were executed as planned without incident. In addition, SBPD worked with me to minimize my costs and in the end were VERY reasonable in their charges. I would particularly like to pay special tribute to Steve for his lead in and detailed attention to the technical requirements and to the needs of an anxious customer. Dino was also a key member of the SBPD team in the final repair phase.

We had an issue with our faucet due to hard water// after installing a soft water system we found Micheal online and scheduled service// Micheal came out and removed the part that we couldn’t get off to save our lives!!!// we didn’t have the correct faucet for the replacement so he advised me where to go to get one// unlike other guys he told me he wouldn’t charge me for taking the faucet off// he told me it’s an easy install just screw it on// he even gave me some Dap Sealer so that when I get the correct part I would be all set!! He told me to call him if we had issues installing the new faucet!! I 100% suggest this guy because he is honest and not just trying to rip off a young lady off!! Thanks Michael!!
