Called in the morning and they arrived at the set time. One and a half hours and $185 later, we were complete!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

We have always been well treated whether its been AC or plumbing issues, they are always quick to respond and perform professionally. We purchased our AC from Precision Air 7 years ago and it has performed great. When it went out last Friday afternoon (when it was 116 out) they were out the next afternoon and repaired it quickly. We recommend Precision to our friends and family.

There is nothing more valuable than a highly recommended contractor. When it came time to make decisions about my AC they made it easy. Terry and his team took the time to educate me on my options not bamboozle me into what they wanted to sell, rather what would work best in my home with long term value. The integrity and workmanship is so far above the industry standard I would not consider allowing another contractor in my home.

I notice my floor was squashed it was like walking on a splash pad. I knew I had a leak. So I called Mason Pro and told them the problem and ask for Michael and he was at my house by 8:30 and had the leak detect and knew of a restoration company called them and now it the process of getting dried out and repaired.

Was willing to go further than all the other companies I called to help get our problems resolved.
