Bobby was amazing! He came over and quickly accessed our kitchen sink issue. He also was amazing and super patient with our 5 year old. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Water leaking from my 20 year old water heater.Panicked and went straight to Yelp. I found Lawson Plumbing, and saw that they had great reviews, and called them and explained my concerns (flooding).They assured me that they would have someone out same day, and they did . Team member Randall showed up and replaced the water heater. Randall was incredible. He explained everything clearly and frequently checked that I was happy with what he had done, and was doing.Explained to me that the company policy was to do everything in the clients best interest, and do the right thing for them. What a great way to do business, no wonder they have so may great reviews. Even though it was late in the evening, Randall told me that he would not leave us hanging, and would finish the job that day, and test that it was working correctly. Which is exactly what he did. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call Lawson, and ask for Randall. Incredible service.

Fast and reliable service!

Company is fantastic. We had a hot water heater issue and called Second Opinion. The owner Paul walked us thru a series of checks. He even had us text photos of the heater. Then he instructed us on several things we could try. We were able to remedy the situation over the phone. He spent 15 minutes on the phone and we wanted to pay something for his time. He declined. My faith in honest people has been renewed. Thanks Paul.....

Rich was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is professional and courteous. His Tech Jason installed my PRV and ball valve and gave me a great rate. It was a challenging job because of a curved section in my pipes. They made it work.
I called around and others gave me a rate that was 4 times as high.
I highly recommend Rich and his team.
