The company was so great to work with. They always called me right away, and scheduled service very quickly. They were always so very nice over the phone. Tim S was our plumber who came to our home 3 times. He always explained everything to my understanding. So much great information. He worked on both our toilets and then was given the okay to replace them bith entirely with 7 children 1-7yrs running and screaming all over the place. He was so patient and kind to all of them. Never once showed frustration towards the craziness. And he definitely showed a love for his work. We will definitely recommend him and the company, and will definitely have them back for future services. Thank you very much!
