Alex and his team have done an amazing job for me at my business as well as my house. Knowledgeable and professional. Being a Brewery and Restaurant, our plumbing needs are vast and Alex has been there throughout our entire development.

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

This crew showed up on time, prepared to do my tasks. They know their work, were polite respectful and did all my tasks correctly could not be happier I will definitely recommend thank you. pretty good sized job, soft water ,whole house filter, 2 toilet redos, tub faucet replacement kitchen sink replacement ro system install.fridge hook up to ro. .outside faucet replaced... again I couldn't be happier. I suspect this review will be taken down as I notice there are no negative reviews for this company, that's a huge red flag and not a real thing for companies. I had them come to look at a back up, they advised it would cost me $500.00 to remove both my toilets to fix, I said I'll wait and go through my home warranty, paid the $49.00 service fee. Next day my Home warranty sent a plumber from another company, fixed it in 5 minutes using the same ground drain access. I called and requested a refund as either the plumber sent before did not know what he was doing or was trying to cheat me. They refused to give me refund and could not explain why the other plumber was able to fix it so quickly. Super shady, stay away.

Excellent response to my phone call. Scheduled for next morning. Plumber was late but no problem, stuff happens. Plumber Bobby was friendly, professional and fixed the problem. $165 for the half hour he was there seems expensive.

Leo was amazing! He was friendly and super quick. He explained what was wrong and got it fixed without us having to shut the business down for a long period of time!

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

This company has been amazing over the last couple of weeks! We have had to call them out multiple times due to clogs and reclogs. (Be assured the reclogs had NOTHING to do with their quality of work but ended up being an issue with our plumbing.) They came out within 24-48 hours with each call and once the source of the problem was discovered, came out a second time the same day to resolve it completely after having to pick up the parts/supplies to properly fix it. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be keeping their number handy for any future issues we may encounter!
