This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

SECOND OPINION PLUMBING replaced a water heater. They were professional, and focused on the quality of their work. No games. Their service was timely and they had a good work ethic. I then hired them to replace a bad water softener, which they did the following day, in the same timely manor. I will call this company the next time I need a plumber. During the storm season we had a roof leak and a few of our rooms were affected ceiling to floor. We called out 24 Hour Flood Pros of Arizona and Anthony came out and assessed the damages. He was nice, efficient and honest! He went above and beyond to help us feel at ease in such an overwhelming situation. If we ever have any sort of flooding we will call them back!

I was having a problem with my water heater. Terry came to my house on a same-day appointment. He arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a simple solution. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional. Our community waited weeks with no response. When we finally reach ALD they said they didnt know one of their techs was sick, would send a different tech out next day. That tech never showed up, we called again and we were told that tech had called out. Horrible communication!!
