Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! They had to come out twice in 2 days, Paid $310 total for a repair even though we are under warranty and have only had this heater for 2 years. Hoping the part they replaced fixes the issue so they don’t have to come out a third time and charge us again. They were quick to dispatch someone each time but still, seems a little steep for a fairly new heater.

Richard and James replaced my broken toilet cistern and replaced taps on my bathroom sink and mixer taps on bath. I called Richard and discussed the work needed he arrived about an hour later with equipment needed for the job. I was extremely impressed with there professionalism.I am very happy with there work and would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.
