I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Quick friendly and professional service

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. Called after struggling to remove a shower cartridge for two hours! Call was answered and followed by another to tell me a plumber was dispatched.
