I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Our main line was clogged and they came out way sooner than expected to fix it. We were very happy with their prompt service.

Justin and Tom came today to replace my zone panel and perform maintenance, and they did an amazing job. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and were so knowledgeable. Kyle from Second Opinion Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. Saved me money on a valve replacement. Went out of his way to fix the valve so I wouldn't have to have an expensive replacement valve. Technician preformed yearly hot water heater maintenance and plumbing check in a polite and timely manner

I called Melissa in frantic one evening regarding a plumbing issue we were having, she was very friendly, empathetic and helpful. She sent Robbie out first thing in the morning to access the problem and he was able to do the work the same day.
I have dealt with many plumbers over the years and Robbie was by far the best! He was very informative and explained everything he was going to do, gave me the quote and did not try to up sell or do any unnecessary work. He was able to finish the job the same day and did a great job cleaning up the mess.
