I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he answered his phone. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was willing to replace it right away. Mark checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty. He called me back in just a few minutes and told us that the warranty ended back in August 2018. Mark seemed to know his business and he was very helpful on the phone. He answered every question I had about the quality of different water heaters and possibly upgrading to a 75 gallon tank. Quick friendly and professional service

Had a major clog that backed up the sewer drain from the middle of my front yard into my bathtub. Called Jaime around 10am and he was at my house and working on the problem within about an hour. Jaime was very responsive, arrived quickly and managed to unclog the sewer pipe and get everything working. The service was great and will definitely use him again.
