My 81 year old mother bought a house by herself. There were a lot of issues with the place. Not being from the area myself i did not know any local handyman companies. I worried about the quality and integrity of who I might find. I was lucky enough to find Ryan with Rodgers Family Handyman. It didn't take long to realize I couldn't have found a better person. I deal with contractor a lot back home and it was very clear that Ryan knew what he was dong. During the whole process he kept my mother and I informed the whole step of the way. He made sure the was minimal mess and cleaned up after every project. He was completely transparent on everything. He was there when he said he would be. The care he has for his customer and the quality of work was very evident. Knowing my mother hadn't had a washing machine or a dryer for over 4 weeks and he wasn't going to be able to get back for 2 more days he came on a Sunday just to make sure she could have both machines completely finished so she could wash her clothes. I can't tell you how happy that made her. His card now sits on her refrigerator and we will not be calling anyone else. It was truly refreshing to have had someone with such honesty, integrity, and caring for their customers. The best part was the quality of the work at a very competitive pricing. After meeting with several contractors and talking to a lot of companies we decided to go with ECHI for a complete renovation of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Throughout the project Huey Santos (our project manager) was great about keeping us informed about the progress. We are looking forward to working with him again.
