Kyle was at our house to install a pump and new mister system on our back patio. He was quick to fit me in on his way home to give me an estimate over the phone as I was hoping to have it set up by the following weekend when I got home. This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

It's rare to find a company that genuinely listens to their customers, but this one does. They addressed my concerns with patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

We had a sink fall off our bathroom wall at All Kids Urgent Care. I called Superstition Plumbing and they sent Jared here with in 20 minutes. He went and got his tools and reattached the sink to the wall right then. I can't say enough great things about Jared or the company. Thank you so much and if you need any plumbing work this is the place to call. Excellent customer service as well which is a lost practice.

They responded quickly the first time and identified the problem by snaking our blocked sewer pipe. Next appointment was vaguely setup then pushed out because we had to leave town. Upon return we again set up appt. to have the work done. Two different people came and a camera was put into the pipe and showed the pipe going in a completely different direction then the original repair man indicated. This time showed the the pipe going under our side walk and the plugged area being under the side walk. Based on the the two very different findings and the added cost of repair we opted to halt any work and asked for further verification of where the problem is.
After a couple of more phone calls my husbands calls were no longer returned .
Today I called the original person instead of my husband and my call was answered. I asked for a copy of the camera shots showing the pipe blockage. He commented that he knew who my husband was and that he was mad. He refused to give me the information for the person who did the camera work as he was a sub he paid to do the work.
I am now left with having paid over $500.00 to Above All The Rest Plumbing and need to find another company and pay them to camera the pipe fix things.

I located Chuck and his business on Thumbtack. It was very late and Chuck responded within minutes. I was impress. He advised me he had an early appointment and he would get back to me right after. Chuck kept his word and showed up and gave me a quote for the job. I have an older house so he went out, got the part, and returned to the job. Other companies charged fees up front and starting price were close to $300.00 if not more. Overall, Chuck was amazing and I am glad I located him. He fixed my faucet for a great price and cleaned up after. I have always heard horror stories about plumbing problems can be very expensive. I made sure to get a business card and will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
