I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) Huey and his team have completed several projects at our house. We could not be more pleased with the cabinetry, woodwork, tile, and bathroom remodel. He is professional and knowledgeable, and helpful with suggestions. He was quick to respond to any concern or question. They arrived on time, and after each day of work, they cleaned thoroughly.
