I called in the morning, Mario came within an hour, and immediately diagnosed the problem with the heater and got to work. He replaced everything in record time and was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I know ideally you only replace your water heater every 7-10 years, but I look forward to that time so I can have such an easy and pleasant experience. And hey, you get to celebrate after with a hot shower… not bad.

I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!
