Hired this company to fix my tankless gas water heater, that broke because of poor installing of another plumper. Its never easy to fix someones mess ups. Alex was very patient, took his time to figure out the issue and to be on the phone with the manufacture to get new parts.
Also had a water softener installed at another home. They do very clean job, knowledgable and professional.

Thirteen year old home needed some much needed maintenance. I could not have been more pleased by the whole experience. Friendly, communicative, timely, honest, knowledgeable. Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

I used this company to replace the main water shutoff valve for the house. The office was responsive to my initial call. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time and was open to explaining a few options to me so I could keep the cost down (as the job was potentially more complex than just cutting out the old valve and installing a new one.
