Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

Latest issue was a gas leak - found it immediately, figured out what needed to be done, and was taken care of. Pricing is always fair and quality of work is exceptional.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I truly appreciated his transparency, because he saved me a lot of money on unnecessary work another company said I needed to have done which was not true. We were out of town last week and arrived home late Saturday night/early Sunday morning to find a pool of water on the floor of the garage. The next morning, after putting towels down to absorb the water the night before, the pool had spread dangerously close to treasured boxes of family heirlooms. We were in a panic trying to figure out not only how to stop the water from destroying priceless memories, but also how we might get in touch with a plumber on a Sunday (and on a holiday weekend to boot). We reached out to Rich after reading great reviews on the Nextdoor app, and he responded almost immediately to set an appointment for the next morning at 10:30. We were extremely relieved and grateful already since the leak continued to worsen exponentially throughout Sunday, but he went above and beyond by rearranging things to move our appointment to as early as possible Monday morning. He and his associate Dylan showed up and immediately got to work, diagnosed the problem, and remedied it. He was extremely knowledgeable and assured us, in a time of crisis, that he would take great care of us (and he did). As transplants from the Midwest ourselves, it was clear that he embodies that Midwestern work ethic and pride in one’s work that lets you know you’re in the best of hands. Thank you Rich and Dylan for putting our minds at ease and taking such good care of us!

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. He was quick, and taught me repairs too! For any future needs, Norfleet will be the first and only call. Thanks Nick!

I can't believe how quick my kitchen sink problem was solved with Pink Plumbing and Sewer. They were unbelievable and very professional. Five stars from the beginning to the end.

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
