This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Alex saved the day. My water heater suddenly quit. I called several plumbers and got several very high quotes. Alex showed up and installed the same system that I got very high quotes on at a much more reasonable price. Also Alex and his employee started at 6pm and worked until 9pm getting my water heater installed because I was out of hot water. I didn't expect him to do that, but am very grateful that they did. They did a very nice job on the install and answered all my questions. Would recommend 1000%

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

When I recently had a plumbing emergency, I called a nearby provider. They showed up on time, quickly evaluated the situation, and quickly found a solution. Their prompt reaction and professionalism amazed me.

Brian was Our technician who came out for a quote for three different issues in our home. He came out on Monday, arrived 10 minutes early and was very efficient and thorough in explaining the issues we had and recommendations for fixing them. We then scheduled for the work to be done on Wednesday. He was timely, told us it would take about 4 hours and got it done in about 3.5 hours. He took the time to go over our new appliances he installed as well as the warranties and any other necessary information we would need in terms of operating or managing our new sinks and reverse osmosis system. Very fair price and very happy!

We no longer need to leave a sign in our spare sink saying do not use, and we finally have a reverse osmosis system, new kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
