Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Quick friendly and professional service

When my dog broke my pool plumbing, I called Mark. He answered all my questions, scheduled the work the next day. Great work! Did what he promised, on time and very friendly. He even loved on my dog to let her know everything was ok.
