Top to bottom, a great experience. Had new AC (heat pump) installed. Their rep did the extra work to make sure I had the right unit. Gave me 4 options and did not upsell. As you can imagine, I had some ridiculous bids come in. Install was on time and professional. You’d be crazy not to at least get an estimate from Mason. Thanks guys!

My system was 17 yrs old and running poorly, Jerome came and examined every component of my system and sat with me for over an hr explaining everything to me slowly and patiently and most importantly in plain english I could understand and present me with several options. Other companies came out and looked at my system for 5 minutes and tried pushin expensive quotes on me without really explaining anything. Jerome was phenomenal and made a difficult so much less painful! I will refer Jerome and his company to anyone in need of A/C attention!
